These tender conditions concern Gladsaxe Municipality's tender for a total consultant agreement for the Children's House
Pyramiden. As part of Gladsaxe Municipality's Daycare Strategy, Gladsaxe Municipality wishes with this project to establish a new daycare for children of pre-school age in a new children's home in Vaerebro, which will be designed withd 8
groups. The children's house is located in connection with Skovbrynet School and uses the existing SFO Pyramidens building. There will be a transformation and expansion of the Pyramid for its future function as a children's home. This offer deals with the orphanage. The working title is "The Pyramid". The overall vvision for the project is to create a safe, well-functioning and experiential children's home for children, parents and staff. Optimum frameworks for the children's home's diverse life must be designed, frameworks that must meet the many different needs of both children and adults. The architecture and technical aspects of the buildinginstallations must be designed with optimal utilization of resources, both in planning, operation and maintenance. Gladsaxe Municipality has had an architectural preliminary study and a resource mapping drawn up with a view to uncovering opportunities to carry out a transformation and expansion of SFO Pyrami its building. This preliminary study must form the basis of the architectural solution. The building's layout must clarify the rhythm of everyday life in a children's home, with opening, handing over, staff coming in, collection, closing, as well as all the many other functions that are necessary to...
