That is, 5 plots of land at No. 1, 4 (part), No. 8, 9 of Housen Section, Houli District, Taichung City, and No. 258 of Houyi Section, with a total land area of about 144, 893.68 square meters - The scope of private development and operation of subsidiary businesses and the required land use period are allowed: Non-government organizations may develop and operate subsidiary businesses other than their own business on the land used in this case, but they must not violate the key points of land use zoning control in this case.
