The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in research, development and innovation for the solution of the security research project within the SecPro Program in the sense of § 2 paragraph 2 letter g) Act No. 130/2002 Coll. on the support of research, experimental development and innovation from the public funds and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, aimed at: Creation of a basic solution, rules and procedures for using a learning AI language model for processing and evaluating data available in PČR. The solution will/will be able to process unstructured or structured general data as well as audio file data. According to the requirements, the system will create structured data layers and sets from unstructured texts, and store them for subsequent data analysis.
