The AV system procurement for the elevator multi-purpose hall includes the purchase and installation of AV equipment ready for use in accordance with the tender documents. A written procurement contract is concluded with the selected supplier, to which JIT 2025 - General applies conditions and JIT 2025 - Equipment special conditions. Installations can start at the destination on September 21, 2026 and must be completed by October 28, 2026. For the gym, AV installations must be done in week 39 (September 21-25, 2026).
