Description : TfL are intending to carry out a tender in order to appoint a consultant to identify a full Target Operating Model that will create a fit for purpose FM service that manages appropriate risks and ensures good services.The scope of this requirement is as follows:• Complete a needs analysis of the AM business.• This will require a review of the current business strategy, current operating model, review of property types, current budget and FM spend, review of lease and legal position.• Meet stakeholders to complete a needs analysis.• Compile a review of needs analysis to aid prioritisation and coordination.• Complete a review and design a Target Operating Model reflecting industry practice for our asset and industry type.• Any short-term fixes identified - relay to FM lead. • Work with FM lead to help manage expectations.• Update Head of Department (HOD) each week on findings, risks and progress.• Be open and honest on findings.• Complete a gap analysis and roadmap for transition to the new model.• Compile a recommendation report including costing for said recommendation, present to HOD.If you are interested in bidding for this opportunity please submit an expression of interest via our tendering portal (https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?tabName=opportuniti...
