Description : The PNPTI Bids and Awards Committee intends to procure Textbooks and Instructional Material Expenses for May 2026 for the Philippine National Police Training Institute Headquarters and its Training Centers with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Fifty-four Thousand One Hundred Sixty-six Pesos and Sixty-seven Centavos (PhP254, 166.67) through Small Value Procurement (SVP) pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed Quotation Form, including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A), together with the following documents on or before 5:00 PM of May 11, 2026:
PhilGEPS Registration Number;
Mayor-s/Business Permit; and
Notarized Omnibus Sworn and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special Power of Attorney of all members of the joint venture giving full power and authority to its officer to sign the OSS and do acts to represent the Bidder.
