The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice — is for Market Research to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code — 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, with a small business size standard of $19.0M. No award will be made from this Sources Sought Notice, and no solicitation is available at this time. All responses shall be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for any anticipated future acquisition. This will be a follow-on services contract to provide environmental laboratory services — at U.S. bases and sites located within Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Djibouti.
