The subject of the contract are services consisting in the execution of research works aimed at testing the influence of selected types of closures on the quality of wine during its maturation in the bottle. The goal will be to compare and determine the suitability of the stopper based on analytical and sensory parameters to selected wine styles over time. The first step of the research service will be the selection of wines and tested types of closures, the next step will be bottling the wines and closing them with selected types of closures. There will be a total of 14 different types of closures. Testing will be ongoing on five different styles of wine (botrytic wine, red wine, white aromatic wine, dry white wine, white wine with residual sugar). An eligible supplier can be an organization for research and dissemination of knowledge, or an accredited entity that has expertise capacities for the implementation of analytical and sensory measurements according to the subject of the order. An eligible supplier may be a university, research organization, non-profit research institution, public research institution, or other research laboratory or entity that has demonstrable accreditation for relevant analytical/technical procedures. The contract cannot be divided into parts, because the subject of performance includes interconnected professional activities that form one integrated research unit, the results of which must be mutually comparable, methodologically consistent and interpretable only as a single data set.
