EVN Warme GmbH, as the largest biogenic heat supplier, intends to expand existing television heating plants in the next few years and to establish new biomass heater in Lower Austria and Upper Austria.
The exchanges or new systems will be in a power range of 1MW up to 10 MW. The scope concerns the production, delivery, assembly and commissioning of all components necessary for perfect operation such as exemplary main shear, cross -conveyor, hydraulic unit, biomass boiler, electrical filter, insulation, fireplace, Entaschung system including a shelter system, control cabinet, conductor components, cabling, required field devices.
The boiler systems must be able to fire the subsequent fuel.
Quality A: Waldhackgut and beautiful Schredder
In such quality according to OeNORM C4005, according to the valid version, Pipe material groups C1, C2, C3, C4 up to a water content of M50, particle size P63 to P100, maximum
Ash content 5.9% and if possible without contamination
Quality B: Bad Waldhackgut, Schredder, EBP (pallets, spreissl, wooden cheese,
untreated old wood from the construction industry, tree and Shrub cut medium-fraction)
In such quality according to OeNORM C4005, according to the valid version, pipe groups C1, C2, C3, C4 up to a water content of M55, particle size P63 to P100, maximum ash content 6% and 18% with contaminants from foreign substances, wood waste from up-to-date garden waste, ...
