KOMBIT wishes to enter into an agreement through a tender with negotiation with a view to establishing a Test facility in a Test As A Service set-up. The agreement must support KOMBIT's forward-looking work with ensuring that digital solutions for municipal Denmark meet and supports today's behov and future possibilities. This places demands on the quality and KOMBIT's approach to Validation, verification and execution of the Test effort on the solutions that KOMBIT purchases on behalf of the municipalities. The agreement is expected to include all elements of a full life-cycle test process. In addition, it is expectedone, that the agreement contains assistance for optimization, development and standardization of the test approaches in KOMBIT. The services are described in more detail in point VI.3).
