The object of the acquisition is the collection of research material for the Public Sector Work Well-Being study carried out by Keva starting from 2026 with an indefinite contract. The research material is collected using a hybrid implementation (electronic data collection, boost to web and supplementary phone interviews) for the occupational pension insurer Keva. The procurement contract to be drawn up is valid until further notice. The research's target group is employees of the public sector (welfare areas, municipal organizations, state and Evangelical Lutheran church workers). The study examines the occupational well-being of employees in the aforementioned sectors and related factors based on a questionnaire prepared by Keva in advance.
