The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, transportation, and all other services necessary to provide testing services, IAW this PWS, at Cannon AFB, NM. The contractor shall provide testing specialist services in accordance with the respective procedural guidance issues by HQ USAF, MAJCOM, and Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education support (DANTES), academic institutions, and various other testing agencies.
