The subject of this general contract is the land planning basis for decision-making in the land according to 67-69 of Act 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act. The main goal of the land study is the proposal of a concept of the land and individual links of stabilized areas and areas of change in the location of the flight in the town of Popkovice. The aim is to create in the ground a local core of the city, a transport hub with an impressive layout of urban spaces (spaces) and public greenery with a complex system of parking lots in close connection to the Bylanka waterway. The element of the working land study is to create a concept for development and to use it demarcated land and thus set up a more efficient use of urbanized areas in the city center. The aim is to establish the parameters of the character of the object in such a way as to ensure the integrity of the locality, to define the future technical, transport and green infrastructure. earth studies proposes the demarcation of public spaces and green areas, one that meets the needs of municipal equipment, crops and regulatory spaces in this country.
