Description : Temple University (“Temple”) is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction Package No. 5 for Temple’s Terra Hall Repairs and Renovations project (“Project”) to be constructed at Temple’s Center City Campus (“TUCC”), Philadelphia, PA. This Project involves the renovation of a 274, 000-square-foot academic building to address critical infrastructure needs and implement upgrades in preparation for the relocation of a major campus unit. The effort also includes evaluating opportunities for additional functional uses within the facility.This package, P5 – Plumbing and Fire Protection, includes interior renovation work and replacement of plumbing and fire protection systems. Work consists of upgrades and modifications to support the renovated interior layout, upgrades to plumbing systems, and equipment replacement.This Project will be subject to a Delegation Agreement between Temple, the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, and the Governor’s Office of the Budget. This Project will be a multi-prime project delivered pursuant to a multi-prime contract delivery structure.
