I. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Regional Office IX, continuously provides frontline and support services to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families. To ensure a clean, orderly, and well-maintained office environment conducive to efficient public service delivery, there is a need to engage additional utility personnel.
The hiring of two (2) Utility Personnel will support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in basic office upkeep, and ensuring that common areas are safe and presentable for employees and clients.
