provide all chemicals, termite baiting materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and competent manpower necessary to complete the project.
conduct a comprehensive inspection of all accessible areas of the structures to determine the presence of termite activity, identify termite species, assess infestation levels, and recommend the appropriate treatment methodology.
install the required number of termite monitoring of all covered buildings, subject to site conditions and manufacturer recommendations.
monitor, inspect, and maintain all installed baiting stations and replenish termite bait as necessary until termite colonies are eliminated.
locate, treat, and destroy active termite mounds identified within the project area and monitor treated locations during succeeding inspections.
