FIN/PRO/2026.12 - 1 The aim of this contract is to conclude, after a two-phase procedure, a framework agreement with one service provider for the renewal of the terminals and the complete support services, including connectivity with our central system, which are part of the core business of the National Lottery. See the PHASE 1 contract documents for download via the e-procurement website: https://www.publicprocurement.be. This is a 2-phase procedure. The research and selection of the candidates is based on the selection guideline (phase 1). I.e. that only your answer for PHASE 1 (selection phase) must be submitted via the e-procurement platform. Any questions and answers and corrections will also be published on that same website. The National Lottery therefore reserves the right not to answer any questions asked during phase 1 that relate to phase 2. Please therefore consult this assignment notice regularly.
