Description : TENDER NOTICETender for Term Contract T20M102 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Buildings (Tender ref.: PRO/T1571/19/TY)The Airport Authority ("the Authority") is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport ("the Airport").The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the maintenance, improvement and refurbishment works for Buildings. The scope of works includes routine maintenance, as-required works and maintenance and works support for Terminal 1, North Satellite Concourse, SkyPier, Ground Transportation Building, HKIA Tower, Asia World Trade Centre and landside ancillary buildings. The term of the contract is intended to be for 5 years.The Authority has issued parallel invitations to tender for the T20M103 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Buildings at Midfield Concourse and Airside Ancillary Buildings (Tender reference number: PRO/T1550/19/TY). If a Tenderer is interested in bidding for more than one contract, a separate tender must be submitted for each of the contracts. The Authority will award this Contract and contract for the T20M103 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Buildings at Midfield Concourse and Airside Ancillary Buildings (Tender reference number: PRO/T1550/19/TY) to two different Tenderers.Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Letter of Invitation which consists of the Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission.This is an open tender governed by the World Trade Organisation Agreement on Government Procurement.The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website.
