Fort McCoy, WI, IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of performance of 15 September 2026 - 31 December 2026. Please be aware that this contract adheres to Service Contract Labor Standards so employees must be paid the stated wages and fringe benefits. Not paying the stated wages (in accordance with FAR 52.222-42) is a violation of Department of Labor regulations. Lastly, the Government will not accommodate post-award requests for equitable adjustments or contract modifications based on a vendors underestimation of performance costs.
