The two grid companies are carrying out this Request for Information (RFI) to gain insight into the market's solutions and opportunities related to modern customer information systems (KIS) and Customer 360 platforms. This RFI is part of an ongoing concept phase, where the goal is to explore future solutions that can replace or supplement the current KIS platform. Tensio and Linea want answers both from suppliers who offer complete platforms and from suppliers who supply specialized modules. Suppliers can also collaborate or establish partnerships to deliver an integrated solution.
