The supply relates to total counseling (architectural and engineering services) in connection with the construction of a new dental clinic and the renovation of current building on Skippervej, 5500 Middelfart.
The project must strengthen a durable and future -proofed municipal Dental care and expansion are adapted to the extended target group 18-21 year olds.
Total advisers' services must be based on a prepared ideas and deals with programming, planning, tendering and construction of construction for 8 new dental clinic rooms and renovation of current building for administration and waiting area.
Based on ideas and space programs, the total consultant together with Middelfart Municipality must further develop and specify the idea of the upcoming dental care.
Total advisor must carry out planning, tender, execution, delivery and settlement of 1 year review.
Dental care on The Little Belt School is expanded with 8 new clinic rooms with preparation for extension of another 4 clinic rooms, as well as renovation of existing building which will be converted into administration, entrance and waiting room.
Technical advice and assistance consists in this tender primarily of architect and engineering services, including Sustainability Manager, Certified Fire Technical Counseling and Certified Statiks, as well as Commissioning.
The project is expected to include the following:
