By food service is meant food production in the supplier's own facilities for delivery at care centers and other units in the municipality. Albertsh0j with about 117 residents, of which daycareWith a maximum of 30 citizens per day (Man - Fri) and 12 rehabilitation places as well as the bumblebees with about 50 residents.
The residents of Albertsh0j are mainly elderly citizens and citizens with a disability.Limited storage facilities for food, cf. Contract Appendix 7 - Description of Delivery. Therefore, catering can not be produced for the residents of the care centers locally at the individual care center. The contractor therefore needs to have the food delivered from the outside, at short intervals, as at presentTime is two (2) times a week.
