The Prison and Probation Service wishes to enter into a contract for the delivery of
Metal Detector Farms (Sub -Agreement No. 1), Transportable Mobile Phone Detectors (Sub -Agreement No. 2) and handheld metal detectors (Sub -Agreement No. 3).
Allocation is done separately for every Sub -Agreement. The contracts are exclusive. All 3 framework agreements contain provisions on expected initial deliveries to be delivered within 3 months of ordering. Sub -Agreement No. 1 contains provisions on telephone support, service agreement in which service and annual service check are included. Sub -Agreement No. 2 contains provisions on telephone support.
