EIFO is established as an independent public company in accordance with Act No. 167 of June 21, 2022 (Act on the Danish Export and Investment Fund). EIFO is the Danish Companies' joint entrance to risk -related state financing and collects in one and the same financial institution, Denmark's official Export Credit Institute (ECA) and National Business -promoting bank (NPB). The EIFO aims to support growth, renewal and sustainable transition in Danish companies - both in Denmark and internationally.
EIFO's activities range widely- from project and export financing over venture and Fund investments to finance the green transition and the Danish defense efforts. The legal issues that the EIFO handles are similarly complex and interdisciplinary and require specialized advice in a wide range of jurisdictions.
EIFO intends to enter into a framework agreement regarding Legal services within the following sub -agreements:

- Sub -Agreement 9: M&A and Company Law
- Sub -Agreement 10: Funds and AIF
- Sub -Agreement 11: Real estate and contracted
