KAB, on behalf of the housing organizations and associated housing departments that have administrative agreements with KAB, wants to enter into framework agreements on technical advice. The offering is divided into 4 sub -agreements. Each sub -agreement constitutes an independent framework agreement in relation to technical advice as described below, and each independent framework agreement will be allocated to three advisers (parallel framework agreements). The 4 sub -agreements are: - Sub -Agreement 1: Total Counseling Framework Agreement In connection with new construction (allocated to 3 advisers as parallel framework agreements) - Sub -agreement 2: Total consultancy framework agreement in connection with minor renovations (allocated to 3 advisers as parallel framework agreements) - Sub -Agreement 3: Total advice framework agreement in connection with major renovations (allocated to 3 advisers as parallel framework agreements) - Sub -Agreement 4: Framework Agreement on Builder Counseling (allocated to 3 advisers as parallel framework agreements).
