The Nature Damage Council is an independent council. It is impaired under the Act on certain nature damage. The council decides whether there has been storm surge, flooding from streams and lakes, drought and storms. The Nature Damage Council also oversees and deals with complaints about the insurance companies' treatment of storm surge cases, Cases of flooding from streams and lakes and drying cases. The day-to-day administration is handled with the assistance of the Secretariat of the Natural Injury Council, which is part of the Competition and Consumer Agency.
The contract offered includes the development of an e-learning course and the delivery and operation of a digitalLearning platform on which the e-learning course is made available. The e-learning course and the supporting digital learning platform must be used for the Secretariat's teaching of professional professionals at the country's insurance companies.
