The object of procurement is the management of the cafe services located in the maintenance and service building of Kirjurinluoto in the city of Pori during the specified opening hours, as well as other services specified in the request for tenders. Cafe operations must start as soon as possible. after signing the rental agreement, however no later than 1.4. The rental agreement is concluded for a fixed period until 31 December 2027.
