Rental of industrial vehicles and handling equipment for the winter viability periods
The rental of industrial vehicles without drivers and without fuel will consist in: the rental of vehicles for the duration of the winter period ; maintenance, assistance (towing) with the supply of a replacement vehicle in cprolonged immobilization; the return of the vehicles at the end of each winter period. The fixed monthly term proposed by the candidate will take into account a 10,000 km per winter period and per truck. The rental of telescopic loaders without drivers and without fuel, will consist in: the rental of the telescopic loader for the duration of the winter period; the maintenance and assistance (towing) with the provision of a replacement charger in the event of prolonged immobilization at weekends; the return of the loader at the end of each winter period. The proposed monthly fixed term will take into account a fixed period of 200 hours.
The technical characteristics of this industrial vehicle are mentioned in Article 3 of the CCTP relating to this lot.to justify that the candidate does not enter any of the bidding cases; information on compliance with the obligation of employment mentioned in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code.
