Tender for turnkey contract regarding Project Linex Turnkey contract Rødovre Municipality has decided to merge the home care function and aid center in the municipality. The home care function will henceforth be housed in the buildings that previously had been used for production for the company Linex (hereinafter referred to as "Linex factory"). The purpose of this turnkey tender is for the Linex factory to be transformed, renovated and fitted out for this purpose. The Linex project in Rødovre Municipality is one central pilot project that translates sustainability into practice with a focus on transformation rather than new construction. The project works with circular economy, resource awareness and reduced climate impact throughout the entire life cycle. Sustainability is a guiding principle parameter, and ongoing analyzes must uncover further potential for recycling and strengthen the decision-making basis. In 2023, Djernes & Bell prepared a proposal and a design manual for the interior design and transformation of the Linex house. DOMINIA and Thing-Brandt Landscape has then drawn up an extended construction program based on this. The construction program is subsequently revised and updated by NIRAS A/S in the period January - June 2026.
