Tender for the turnkey contract FEAS Erhverv P/S (hereinafter "FEAS") initiates with this tender notice a turnkey tender with a built-in project competition regarding the development and establishment of the area in the University City that will accommodate Faculty of Arts at Aarhus University (hereafter "Arts"). The tender includes the construction of the new building complex 1730 (1730 and 1732) and building complex 1740 (1740, 1742 and 1744), an underground parking garage, as well as the surrounding landscape. FEAS is owner of the land that forms the framework for the project and is the developer throughout the process. Arts will be the long-term tenant of the areas and will subsequently have to operate the buildings internally. In the present tender process, FEAS thus acts as tender agent on behalf of Arts. The project is part of Aarhus University's Campus 3.0, which continues the ambition to gather the university's activities in a sustainable, urban campus environment. The overall development in University City includes both the renovation of buildings worthy of preservation and the construction of new buildings, which together i.a. forms the framework for Arts' future campus. The university town will in future be used for university and research purposes as well as related functions that support cooperation between the university, the city and the surrounding community.
