Tender for taking care of property administration for Frederiksberg Municipality Frederiksberg Municipality is re-tendering the task of administration of the municipality's residential and commercial leases, which since 2011 has been handled by an external supplier. Offered a contract of either 3 years with entry into force on 1 January 2027 and with an option for Frederiksberg Municipality to extend for a further 2 x 12 months. The tendered task concerns property administration of Frederiksberg Municipality's residential and commercial leases. Pt. it concerns the following: 736 Homes that are primarily used to resolve the municipal housing obligation under section 80 of the Service Act, youth housing and housing for the elderly that are administered in accordance with the Tenancy Act and the Housing Regulation Act 53 commercial leases where the leases cover premises, garages, ball fields and antenna positions. The tenancies are divided between tenancies regulated by the Business Tenancy Act and tenancies subject to ordinary tenancies contract-legal principles. 710 General elderly/care homes with associated facilities service areas that are administered according to public housing legislation. Please note that there is a requirement that the supplier provides a locally located administration office in Frederiksberg Municipality, where resident inquiries can be made. The office must provide residents have the option of case processing from the ground floor or with lift access, where residents, apartment seekers and other personal inquiries can be handled.
