The supply of automatic coffee machines with a touch screen, as well as the provision of services for setting up, putting into operation and servicing the equipment. The total need is approximately 120 pieces of equipment. Lot 1. Automatic coffee machine (compact) Estimated quantity: 70 pcs. Main technical requirements: Automatic coffee machine with touch screen. Productivity: 200-300 cups per day. Productivity at least 100 cups per hour. Hopper for grain coffee - 1 pc. Hopper for loose ingredients - 1 or 2 pcs. Preparation of drinks using natural (live) milk. The possibility of working from an external water bottle. The presence of an internal water tank. Support for both ways of supplying water without additional modifications. Lot 2. Automatic coffee machine (increased productivity) Estimated quantity: 50 pcs. Main technical requirements: Automatic coffee machine with touch screen. Productivity at least 350 cups per day. Productivity at least 100 cups per hour. Hopper for grain coffee - 1 pc. Hoppers for bulk ingredients - 2 pcs. System of working with milk: natural (live) milk; or a combined system (live/dry milk). The possibility of working from an external water bottle. The presence of an internal water tank. Support for both ways of supplying water without additional modifications. As part of the tender offer, the participant must separately indicate the cost and terms of providing the following services: Delivery of equipment to the place of operation. Installation, adjustment and commissioning of coffee machines. Training of personnel (if available). Warranty service. Post-warranty service. Service service response times to requests. Equipment requirements The equipment must be new, unused. The equipment must be certified and comply with the stated technical characteristics. The warranty period is at least 12 months.
