Zanna Cookhouse Ltd invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a semi-automatic cartoning machine for use in a food manufacturing and packing environment. Award of this contract is subject to the approval of LEADER grant aid funding. The purchasing organisation reserves the right not to proceed with the contract where such funding is not approved. Timeline Should LEADER Grant Aid be approved, the successful supplier will be notified by November 2026. The equipment must be delivered, installed and commissioned within [insert] weeks of the date on which the successful tenderer receives written confirmation to proceed. Specification 1. Requirement and intended use The equipment will be used to erect and/or assist in forming pre-glued cardboard cartons, facilitate the loading of packaged food products into the cartons, and close and seal the cartons for onward packing and distribution. The proposed solution should be suitable for operation within a food production facility and should provide a reliable, efficient and flexible method of packing a range of product and carton sizes. 2. Technical requirements Tenderers should provide full technical details of the proposed equipment, including: • machine dimensions • utilities required • achievable throughput • carton size range • changeover procedure and estimated changeover time.
