Tenderers shall possess adequate financial capability and the following: a) The Company/Contractor shall possess all necessary Scheduled Waste Management licenses issues by Department of Environment (DOE) as per Environmental Quality (Scheduled Waste) Regulation 2005 for the collection and disposal of schedule waste (SW422). b) The contractor must provide a copy of different type of licenses required to undertake the works from Collection, Transportation to Recovery or Treatment of Waste. The options of disposal route or method must be clearly defined by the contractor and communicated to Syarikat SESCO Berhad. c) Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled waste Management (CePSWaM). d) Submission of tender deposit at 10% of the tender sum for tender sales with estimated tender sum of above RM1, 000.00. p class
