The strategic session should include: · Defining the future goal of the organization. · Setting strategic goals. · Developing plans and strategies to achieve these goals. · Analysis of risks and challenges. · Determination of the necessary resources. · Positioning of the organization Terms of payment of services: a fixed price contract in UAH with payment after signing the act of acceptance-transfer of services rendered (postpay after providing a full reporting package of documents.)
