Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company for the purchase and supply of a mobile automatic palletizer for the Logistics Center. Object: Logistics Center, Kyiv, str. M. Trublaini 113. Qualifications criteria: The tenderer must provide documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to this technical task. Requirements for the delivery of goods: The term of order fulfillment and delivery: no more than 22 calendar days from the moment of placing the order. According to the delivery schedule agreed with the Customer, the deadline for the delivery of the equipment: until August 17, 2026.DDP to the Customer's facility: the logistics center is located in Kyiv, st. M. Trublaini, 113 Criteria for evaluation of tender offers. Full compliance of the company of the participant to sections 1 and 2 of this technical task. The commercial proposal must be made in the format of the Customer (Appendix 2). Terms of product financing 30% advance, 70% - after the delivery of the equipment and the signing of the expenses by the parties invoices. Warranty. Post-warranty service. Delivery upon request for repair, within 1-2 days. The cost of delivery to the object is included in the price of the equipment. Availability of service and spare parts inventory.
