Tender Details

The tender relates to the purchase and delivery of compression stockings to citizens with a license according to § 112 of the Service Act, as well as any other legislation or other service level that the contracting authority may use as a basis for the license of compression stockings, or as an APV aid. The offer also includesdelivery to the contracting authority's nursing depots/clinics on a smaller scale.

The delivery obligation includes both citizens residing in the comprehensive municipalities and citizens who continue to have one of the covered municipalities as a trading municipality, cf. Act on legal certainty and administration in the social area.

Exceptt from the tender are stockings, compression sleeves and gloves, as these are covered by other agreements.

The municipalities participating in the tender are independent contract managers. The individual participating municipalities can, for example, use options individually, without this affecting the terms of the agreement.
