Tender Details

Organization of the Reception of the European Maritime Day 2026, for approximately 800 people, which will take place in Limassol on May 21, 2026 at 19:30, with an estimated duration of three (3) hours. The Reception will be offered in honor of those attending the European Maritime Day 2026 events (of government officials, European Union officials, foreign ministers and other officials). The venue of the reception should be suitable to meet the specifications for the ensuring security and protection measures for attendees. Additionally, it should have both suitable outdoor space and covered/enclosed space for 800 people. The covered/enclosed space should have a capacity of at least 300 people. During the reception, cold and hot dishes will be offered in the form of finger food, as well as unlimited Cypriot drinks.
