Takmed Ukraine Charity Organization within the framework of the Grand Program "Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - the Movement of Reforms and Democracy" announces a tender for providing legal consultations and face -to -online sessions. The purpose of the service is to increase the institutional capacity of the organization through streamlining the processes of interaction with volunteers and humanitarian assistance, legal registration of procedures for the use of resources and the creation of regulatory templates. Expected results: analysis of existing documentation and procedures with further forming a recommendation opinion on their compliance with the legislation and topical needs of the organization; Provision of legal advice on registration of internal documentation and improvement of procedures, in particular in the field of interaction with volunteers and humanitarian assistance, use of resources and organization of volunteer activity, creation of typical templates of internal documents (regulations, contracts, acts, etc.) that correspond to Ukrainian legislation and specificity.
