Tender process to establish a long-term agreement for the supply of recreational kits for UNICEF Nicaragua.
Objective: The objective is to prequalify companies that manufacture or market different types of goods, complying with all legal provisions and required service guarantees. UNICEF will establish long-term agreements (non-exclusive LTAs) with the prequalified companies for a period of 24 months with the possibility of an additional 12-month extension, based on satisfactory performance. This long-term agreement should set the terms and conditions for future service requirements in regarding quality, prices and delivery times of the goods. These conditions and terms will be fixed for 24 months once this long-term agreement is signed. However, prices may be revised as soon as the market so requires. It is expected that the contracted companies establish prices within the range of the level of standard manufacturing units defined by UNICEF as a cost reference for future requirements during the duration of the LTA.
