The Multiplex cinema network announces a tender for Operational (repair and preventive works) works for the needs of the network. Source data from the customer: 1. Appendix No. 1 Main repair works 2. Appendix No. 2 Preventive works 3. Appendix No. 3 Additional conditions of cooperation 4. Appendix No. 4 RFI Basic terms of cooperation: 1. Procurement is carried out in accordance with the Customer's contract 2. The tender is conducted for the Multiplex network 3. The Customer prefers contractors working in a larger number of regions of Ukraine, but is not limited to this criterion 4. Participants must fill in the prices in the appendix with and without VAT 5. Appendix #3 must be filled out. Additional terms of cooperation - directly affect the qualifications of the participants. 6. Appendix No. 4 to the RFI tender must be filled out. 7. Desirable fixing the price for works - from 6 months*8. The commercial offer must contain: - cost of works; - execution terms; - description of experience; - terms of payment (desired postponement of 45 calendar days, actual terms are specified in the commercial offer)* 8. The counterparty warns about the intention to change the price in a period not less than 30 k.d. before such a change. 9. Sending format: Excel.10.
