The tendered contract includes operation of ball fields etc. in Ikast-Brande Municipality (incl. winter service). Lawn care includes the following two categories: • Ball court B, which is uniform and even and sharply demarcated from other elements, and whose purpose is to serve as a base for primarily football games. • Ball court C, which has an even and dense surface and a composition of grass species that can withstand wear and tear and close mowing. Ball court C is intended to serve as a surface for sports activities - primarily football games. In addition the contract includes maintenance of both outdoor and indoor sports surfaces, artificial grass, which is primarily intended to serve as a surface for football games, as well as goals and nets. The contract partly includes fixed operational tasks (standard tasks), which are carried out continuously on the supplier's own initiative (without an order from the Ordering Party), partly tasks that the supplier must only carry out on order from the Ordering Party (order tasks). The expected annual contract sum is DKK 2, 500, 000. For a detailed description of the tasks please refer to the Quality Description. Through its maintenance, the supplier must ensure that the ball fields, etc. at all times appears in a well-maintained and clean condition.
