Tender for main contract - Skovparken Skovparken, department 21, is a general housing department which is administered by the housing company AAB Kolding. AAB Kolding is administered by the public housing organization Bovia. Skovparken dept. 21 is AAB Kolding's largest housing department. The first homes were built in the period 1971 - 1973, and originally consisted of 432 apartments distributed in 21 - 3 storey apartment blocks. In connection with a major modernization in 1995 - 1997, 24 new roof apartments were built, and there are also carried out separation of some larger apartments, so that the total number of homes is now 551. The residents have decided at a ward meeting that a comprehensive plan for the ward must be implemented.
