Offer of Agreement regarding taking care of IT operations for DanPilot, which mainly includes taking care of the operation, maintenance and support of the Customer's overall system landscape and network infrastructure, including the Supplier taking care of system administrative tasks in relation to day-to-day operations, e.g.ger, role and rights administration in both production and test environments, as well as administration of mailboxes and databases. The Agreement also includes hosting of DanPilot's servers and System Landscape. In addition, there is monitoring of the customer's system landscape and network infrastructure as well as handling of kunden's license management and configuration of the Customer's end-user hardware.
