Tender for maturation and construction contracts in connection with the establishment of Vestsjælland Arrest This tender concerns the conclusion of a large-scale contract for maturation and construction work in connection with the establishment of Vestsjælland Arrest. The offer carried out as a tender with negotiation after publication of a tender notice, cf. Art. of the Defense and Security Directive. 26 (Directive 2009/81/EC of 13 July 2009), and thus includes an offer phase where only pre-qualified applicants have the opportunity to submit initial offers. Denmark's Prisons must establish a new detention center at Slagelse. The prison must be a modern and up-to-date institution with detention and serving places in a flexible structure, with safety and security that supports effective workflows for the benefit of both employees, inmates and visitors. The prison is established in an agricultural landscape with fields as neighbors to the north and east, while to the west there are smaller agricultural buildings and private homes and gardens. The detention center will be established on an area of approx. 34 Ha and in relatively hilly terrain. Within the specified project area, the terrain is hilly with a difference of over 28 m between the highest and lowest point. The buildings will be established in one to two floors, placed scattered on the plot, connected by a road and path system. The total floor area of ​​the buildings is approx. 46, 000 m2.
