Tender for main contract in connection with the renovation of three high-rise buildings The ordering party (Tranemosegård dept. 13 v/D.S.I. Tranemosegård) hereby offers a main contract in connection with the renovation of three high-rise buildings according to the tender procedure tender with negotiation. The client is represented by BO-VEST as business manager and administrator. The project concerns an extensive renovation of the three high-rise buildings in D.S.I. Tranemosegård ward 13 Silergården (T13) in Brøndby Strand and associated renovation of the nearby outdoor areas at the three high-rise buildings. The project's 180 homes are distributed at the addresses Ulsøparken 2 and 6 and Tranumparken 7, 2660 Brøndby Strand. The interior of the building has not been renovated since its construction in the 1970s. Installations are deprecated, and surfaces are worn. The aim of the renovation is to modernize and future-proof the internal conditions in the building, so that they are improved in terms of condition and operation and raised in quality. The facades of the buildings are, like the interior conditions, run down, and the concrete is weathered in many places with exposed corroded reinforcement. For both technical and economic reasons, the buildings' concrete slabs are preserved and supplemented with new added facades. The renovation is carried out in three consecutive stages (Stages 1, 2 and 3). Each stage carried out and delivered separately to the client before the next stage begins.
