Tender for main contract - Comprehensive plan for Strandparken section 1 The tendered task concerns the renovation and rebuilding of Strandparken department 1, in Dragør. Address: Krudttårnsvej 113-191 and Sdr. Røsevej 28-46, 2791 Dragør The background of the project: The beach park section 1, is a characteristic building in Dragør, which contains a large number of obvious qualities. The project is one of Denmark's first precast concrete buildings, but today faces a thorough renovation, as the department has a number of challenges. The challenges in Strandparken section 1 can be seen i.a. in the case of mold in the homes, high energy consumption and worn-out building parts. The comprehensive plan future-proofs the Strandparken department 1, by both renovating buildings and outdoor areas and expanding housing supply. Boligselskabet Strandparken Dragør v. Boligkontoret Danmark, Domus Arkitekter, Niras Ingeniører and ZoffmannHolm Landscape Architects have prepared the project for a new comprehensive plan. The comprehensive plan was adopted by residents' vote on 9 April 2024. The comprehensive plan has been approved by Landsbyggefonden and Dragør Municipality. Building permission has been granted on 21 January 2026, from Dragør Municipality.
