Description : The proposal has two main objectives:

- The first is to strengthen the municipality data systems, with specific focus on the development of child and youth database and;

- Second is to establish e-governance at the municipality of Kab Elias Wadi el Dalam.

A holistic intervention that includes hardware, software, systems and capacity building is forecasted in this project. This would allow the municipality to better plan and monitor child rights related projects and strategies; and better serving its citizens in their day-to-day requests.
