Description

Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) Janitorial Services. The performance based services are to be provided for two buildings located at 3260 W Nursery Lane, Coeur d Alene, ID, 83815. The main building INRC Area consists of multi room area on two floors approx. 28, 900 sq. ft. The area consists of mostly carpet tile and hard surface flooring with walk off mats throughout the building. Dispatch Area consists of multi room area is approximately 10, 560 sq. ft. and some workspace areas within the warehouse section approx. 740 sq. ft. The area flooring consists of mostly carpet tile, and hard surface flooring and some concrete slab floors. Warehouse Area consists of multiple room warehouse heated and non-heated storage areas, some workspace areas and lab areas approx 2, 600 square feet. Additional areas considered part of the warehouse approx 2, 135 sq. ft. and nearly 2, 835 sq. ft. in the combined attic and basement. The flooring consists of mostly hard surface flooring and concrete slab floors. Estimated contract time begins October 1, 2020, base with 2 option years. Solicitation to be issued on or around June 17, 2020.
