The ordering party is a public housing organization subject to the Act on public housing etc. The client manages and rents public housing.
RandersBolig manages and rents public housing for seven housing organisations, which together have around 9, 100 rental properties in Randers and the surrounding municipalities of Mariagerfjord, Favrskov, Norddjurs and Syddjurs.
The six housing organizations are the following:

In connection with the existing building mass, there may be a need for the preparation of condition assessments and analyzes - both verbal and in the form of drawing material - of renovation and conversion options, including energy renovations.
In minor cases, it is expected thatthe total consultant provides a total service including planning, tendering of construction work and contracting with contractors as well as follow-up, supervision and construction management.
Larger cases are assumed to be tendered as a main or turnkey contract, which is why the total consultant's task is partly to manage the tenderof the task, partly to take care of the conclusion of the contract with the main or general contractor and to supervise.
